As part of the project activity to strengthen the capacity of experts from regional and national water associations in the field of climate-friendly integrated water management, MLU conducted a needs assessment and situation analysis of universities in Central Asia that are responsible for training future experts in the field of water resources.
The workshop offered participants the opportunity to review the results of the needs analysis and situation analysis and to discuss the content of the above-mentioned training concept.
The workshop was attended by representatives of universities from Central Asia, Germany and Switzerland as well as representatives of the regional GIZ office.
