Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg and the State Energy Institute in Mary (Turkmenistan) have laid the foundations for their future cooperation by signing a Memorandum of Understanding as part of the “EU for a Green Turkmenistan” project.
The focus is on joint research and teaching projects as well as international cooperation on topics such as energy, climate and the environment. The delegation from Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg was represented by Senator Prof Dr Johanna Mierendorff, Dr Peter Liebelt (CASIB) and Dr Moritz Koza.
