I have a PhD in human geography and more than 15 years of experience in the field of inter- and transdisciplinary research. I have a broad knowledge and experience in designing development and sustainability processes. Through my training as a facilitator, I accompany projects in a process-orientated manner, find strategic solutions, motivate the project participants and thus understand how to ensure the long-term success of the project. I am also a qualified adult education trainer. Among other things, I design innovative courses for different target groups and in different formats and also attach great importance to the practical relevance and practicability of what I learn.
