I was trained as a hydrogeologist at the Technical University of Berlin, where I completed my Bachelor's and Master's degrees. After six months at the Brandenburg Geological Survey, I moved to Halle to do my PhD.

Focus Areas:

Numerical groundwater modelling - effects of anthropogenic influences on the (local) water cycle, climate change, sponge city, urban areas - inorganic, geochemical processes in surface and groundwater
