Project: Digitalisation in food retail

In the research project “Digitalisation in food retailing”, we are looking at the effects of digitalisation on food retailing and so-called online supermarkets. On the one hand, we are looking at changes in distribution, their impact on the market situation and trends as well as the organisation and conditions of work. On the other hand, the focus is on changing habits and the organisation of everyday life on the part of households.
