14 – 16 July 2022 | Our working group was again represented by Julia at the annual meeting of the “Springs and Groundwater” working group.
From 14 to 17 July 2022, the annual meeting of the DGL(Deutsche Gesellschaft für Limnologie e.V.) working group “Springs and Groundwater” took place in Wielenbach, which Julia attended again. To mark this year’s 20th anniversary of the working group, not only did all the participants present their current work, we also explored the Ammer springs on a short excursion, learnt a lot about nature conservation work in the area and visited Oberammergau. In a relaxed atmosphere, we were able to exchange ideas, get to know each other and discuss and consider possible joint projects. The next meeting will take place in the Black Forest from 20 – 22 July 2023.
But the time until the next reunion is only short, because the 37th annual conference of the German Society for Limnology will take place in Constance from 19 – 23 September 2022.
