Infrastructure for spatial data Active Learning Space

The Active Learning Space is an experimental space for digital learning media, which is available to all those involved in teacher training and serves to teach digitalisation-related skills. As a freely accessible learning space equipped with various digital media, the lab invites students to become active themselves and engage with digital media in a productive and constructive way. The materials and modern equipment provided support the independent exploration of digital methods and concepts as well as the creative development of digital learning scenarios. The lab is therefore a place where the combination of specialised content and didactic approaches with digital media can be tested in a practical way. With this approach, the Space follows the concept of discovery-based learning and thus strengthens the users’ orientation towards action.

Als frei zugänglicher Lernort, der mit verschiedenen digitalen Medien ausgestattet ist, lädt das Lab dazu ein, selbst aktiv zu werden und sich mit digitalen Medien auf produktive und konstruktive Weise auseinandersetzen. Die bereitgestellten Materialien und moderne Ausstattung unterstützen dabei das eigenständige Erkunden der digitalen Methoden und Konzepte sowie das kreative Entwickeln von digitalen Lernszenarien. Somit ist das Lab ein Ort, in dem die Verknüpfung von Fachinhalten und didaktischen Ansätzen mit digitalen Medien praxisnah erprobt werden kann. Mit diesem Ansatz folgt das Space dem Konzept des entdeckenden Lernens und stärkt somit die Handlungsorientierung der Nutzer*innen.
