For his presentation entitled ‘Quantifying Slag Properties to Assess Lithium Recyclability’, Cornelius Gantz was awarded the Young Researchers’ Prize by the German Mineralogical Society (DMG e.V.) and the German Geological Association (DGGV) – GeoMinBochum 2026 – with the German Mineralogical Society’s Young Scientist Award.
